You don't hear "over-medium" very often, but that's the way I like my eggs, too. Not so much a thin runny yolk, but just a bit thicker and not yet solid is perfect, IMO.

I like egg sandwitches so I try to fry my eggs so that the yolk is soft but not runny. It can be tough to gage since you can't see the yolk.
