You can use the Windows Task Scheduler. Unfortunately, if you have
the
events on one computer, you can NOT export them to another computer,
and
instead have to re-enter them.
You actually can export tasks to another computer with Windows Task Manager. You should be able to right-click on the task and export it to an XML file, which you can then import into Task Manager on another computer. Also, there are commands you can use for that purpose for the Windows command line.
