syncscumm: parse SGR mouse into a game-coordinate event queue
Enable DEC 1003/1006/1016 mouse (via termgfx/mouse) alongside the other
startup probes, parse the SGR reports and the DECRQM reply in
csi_final(), and map each report -- pixel-granular under 1016, else the
cell centre in real cell pixels -- onto the 320x200 game surface through
the same fit+center rect the frame is drawn in (factored out of the
present path so the two can't disagree). Reports land in a small input
FIFO the backend drains next. Coordinate-mapping unit test added.
