wren: restore directory credential editing

The UIFC editor obscured password values in menu rows but opened them
with ordinary text editing so users could inspect and correct the saved
value. The Wren migration used one masking flag for both surfaces and
therefore hid the value during editing as well.

Separate display masking from prompt masking for entry passwords and
system passwords. Keep personal-directory encryption prompts masked,
and document the distinction for Wren menu developers.
