ui: move Wren scrollbars to the right

ListView and Help inherited UIFC's left-side scrollbar placement, and
LogView hard-coded the same layout. This made every Wren-rendered
scrolling surface use the less conventional side.

Default ListView and Help to right-side scrollbars and move LogView's
content, separator, painting, and mouse hit-testing to match. Preserve
the scrollbarSide override so scripts can explicitly request the left.

Update coordinate-sensitive tests, the Wren reference, and the changes
list. Leave UIFC and the trusted native file picker unchanged for its
later migration.
