Log Message:
wren: remove the UIFC dependency

Replace the last UIFC-backed path with the isolated Wren picker and
remove the wrapper, library flags, and project references from every
maintained build.

Persist the shipped menu and picker colours under ClassicTheme. Load
each missing key from the old UIFC section independently, then remove
the old section only after a successful settings save.

Remove the nonfunctional -e option and document the three VM trust
boundaries, picker recovery surface, stable option registry, and save
consent contract. Use the named allowEntry option for uploads.
