cleanup: remove unreachable helper functions

Several implementation changes left C entry points behind after their
last callers moved elsewhere. These functions remained in the executable despite having no call, callback, binding, or registration path.

Remove the obsolete login sender, connection-buffer and terminal-size
queries, cryptlib error shim, and unused host convenience wrapper. Also
drop private Wren-host accessors and wrappers that are not exposed through
the Wren binding tables.

Keep the documented MenuHostUI confirmation path and all Wren-visible
methods intact. Update comments and Wren.adoc to use current component
names.
