syncscumm: repoint the repro_fade tool onto termgfx_termio

The termio extraction deleted door/sst_io.h; test/repro_fade.c (a headless fade-pacing measurement tool, not part of the unit suite) still included it
and drove the old sst_io_* API, so it no longer compiled. Rename its calls
to termgfx_termio_* and its SST_FB_W/H to TERMGFX_TERMIO_FB_W/H, matching the unit-test migration. Verified it compiles and links against libtermgfx.

Caught by the final whole-branch review.
