Add a complete Dark Mode theme

Provide a ready-to-use dark theme covering every current UI style
role. Use neutral charcoal surfaces with cyan structure, amber focus,
and distinct progress, warning, error, help, and input colours.

Specify LegacyAttr independently for every role so limited-colour
backends retain visible text, controls, selection bars, scrollbars, and
the main-menu backdrop without relying on bright background colours.
The theme loads successfully through SyncTERM's C theme parser.
