Add a Hot Dog Stand theme

Provide a complete theme inspired by the Windows 3.x Hot Dog Stand
colour scheme. Apply its red, yellow, black, and white palette to every
current UI role, including controls, help, status, and progress views.

Define each LegacyAttr independently so limited-colour backends keep
the text readable and focused controls obvious without relying on bright background support. The theme loads through SyncTERM's C parser and
covers all 54 style roles.
