    Log Message:
xtrn/syncarcade: name 28 more arcade titles for the picker

The original name map had 34 entries, and the install was built by intersecting it with the romsets that load -- which quietly made "did I write a name for it" the gate on what a sysop could install, rather than "does it run and render well". Of 216 loadable romsets in a 272-set collection, only 24 were ever considered.

These 28 were measured before being named, with probe_core: every one loads on MAME 2003-Plus, sits between 51k and 197k pixels a frame (Pac-Man is 64k), and -- the part that was not a foregone conclusion -- quantizes EXACTLY to sixel's 256 colours. Street Fighter II was the surprise: CPS1 has a large palette, but a rendered frame uses only 134 distinct colours, so it is lossless. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles needs 32. Both would have been cut on reasoning alone.

Not named, deliberately: junglek (Jungle King) and gberet (Green Beret). They are the PARENT romsets of Jungle Hunt and Rush'n Attack -- verified by loading the western titles with the parents absent, which fails exactly as puckman's removal broke pacman -- so they are installed as files and hidden with [roms] exclude instead of appearing in the picker under a second name.

Also excluded from consideration: the ~50 pc_* PlayChoice-10 units (NES games on arcade hardware, duplicating xtrn/syncnes and driving two screens) and ~120 regional clones, which is what a picker should not show.

The romsets themselves remain the sysop's to supply; only the names ship.
