Refine theme editor interaction and help

Route context help and key hints from the focused widget so nested
panes and dialogs expose the commands that apply to them. Add those
hints across menu editors and keep menu bars visually focused only
when they own input.

Clarify theme editor focus with semantic selector glyphs, contextual
display toggles, and an interactive preview of real widgets. Preserve
the selected style and glyph while switching views, and document the
updated editor and widget contracts.

Invalidate cached cursor state whenever a modal is pushed or popped.
This reasserts the foreground widget's cursor and prevents a cursor
changed by host code from remaining visible in Help. Cover context,
focus, preview, popup, and cursor behavior in Wren tests.
