syncview: fix the Windows entry point
syncview is a ciolib application, so ciolib.h redefines its main as
CIOLIB_main and a console-subsystem link finds no main, failing with
LNK2019. Build it as a WIN32-subsystem executable so it picks up the
WinMain in ciolib's SDL_win32_main.c, as syncterm and syncdraw do.
